Jennifer Haggerty has pursed the visual arts since childhood. Her love of photography developed at the age of 18 and grew into a desire to attend university. where she immersed herself in analog and digital photographic practices. Upon her graduation in 2012, she moved to New York City. She devoted herself to artistic portraits and editorial publishing with magazines such as Dark Beauty, Gothesque, and Beautiful Bizarre. This work honed her skills in art direction and creative execution. Her work is often commented as being “whimsically dark” and “fantastical goth”.
Today she pursue photography as more of a hobby with limited client space reserved for projects most fantastical and epic in nature.
Check out her paintings as she has picked up the brush to rejoin her childhood love affair with the medium. The results, and her costume pieces, are often posted to Etsy for sale.
